National Aviation Services (NAS) is the latest arrival at Kuwait International Airport. We provide a host of essential, innovative and value added services to our customers, ranging from ground handling and cargo services to commercial services.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with a wealth of international experience in the aviation industry, customer safety and care. Equipped with state-of-the-art ground handling infrastructure, NAS is geared to set higher standards of service, in keeping with its motto of “Total Commitment towards Quality”.

Passenger Services

National Aviation Services (NAS provides quality and personalized service to its valued customers. We continually strive to provide proactive services for our customers. NAS front liners are recognized by their distinguished and unique uniforms. This department offers various services to passengers like check-in, boarding, arrivals meet & assist, lounge facilities etc...

NAS Passenger Services comprises of the following sections:

Check - in Services
National Aviation Services uses the SITA CUTE system and CODECO for the check in, which is an automated check in system. Our check –in agents were given further training by instructors from KLM, Netherlands. This is one of the most advanced systems and is used in many parts of the world. This provides you with the boarding pass for your final destination.

Arrival Services
Passengers are met on arrival and guided to the immigration and provided with assistance if and when needed till the last passenger is cleared. Passengers who are transiting are guided to the transfer desk where our ever friendly staff provides necessary transit services.

Lounge Services
The Hala Lounge is one of the finest modern lounges where you can relax and rejuvenate. We provide you with a choice of newspapers and magazines, hot and cold beverages, business facilities such as internet, fax, etc… Services like Lounge Check – In & immigration facilities for business and corporate customers on commercial basis are in the offing.
