"The Enduring Challenge of Content Moderation" with Olivier Kamanda, Google (Policy Group Meet-Up)

Olivier Kamanda, Product Manager at Google Shopping will present at GASA's Policy Group Meeting on 6th July. 

The marriage of social media and e-commerce has led to an explosion of new content and new platforms for consumption. It has also unleashed new vectors for abuse that content moderators must police. Doing this effectively not only requires new tools but new tactics and partnerships. In this session, Olivier will highlight new approaches that can help restore the balance between openness and harm prevention in this new era.
